Returns and Replacements

Hey there! We know investing in art for your home is exciting, and we want to ensure your experience is smooth and your investment protected.

Since all our printed and shipped artwork is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns unless there’s been an error on our part or the items were damaged during transit. For our printable art packages (digital downloads), returns aren’t possible due to their digital nature.

What if Something Arrived Damaged or Misprinted?

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, no worries! Just reach out to us at hello@artistrybytheloo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the damage (and the packaging, if applicable). Once we’ve reviewed the photos, we’ll get a replacement or refund sorted out ASAP.

There’s no need to send the damaged items back. Feel free to recycle, donate, or gift them. We’ll make sure your replacement arrives safe and sound!
